Airflow & components
Dry heat without a boiler.
Ours move heat straight into the airflow with a dry-heat design. The combustion gases never touch the crop, and there is no boiler, steam line or pressure vessel sitting between the furnace and the fans. That means less to install, less to maintain, and no fuel wasted keeping a boiler hot between loads.
Heat transfer
No boiler means a lot less to run and look after.
A boiler works fine, but it is one more thing to fuel, treat, pressure-test and often pay someone to run. Our dry-heat exchangers are matched to the furnace, the fans and the ducting, so the heat goes straight into the air without that extra layer of plant in the middle.

Less fuel, fewer parts to service
Why it's simpler
Less to run, less to look after.
Clean, dry heat
The combustion gases never touch the crop, so there's no smoke taint in the cure.
Less fuel between loads
Nothing to keep hot like a boiler, so you're not burning fuel for nothing.
Fewer parts to fail
No steam lines, pressure vessel or water treatment to look after.
Upgrade older systems
Can replace a boiler or improve an older curing or drying setup where the furnace, fans and ducting can be matched properly.

03Common questions
Questions worth settling before you buy.
Yes. We normally start with the crop, volume, site layout, fuel or power source, existing buildings and what is slowing the season down.
Included with every system
Support comes with the system.
Farm visit and sizing
We look at crop, site, fuel, power, buildings and workflow before sizing the system.
Build check-ins
We supply the drawings and check the build at key stages while your builder handles the brickwork.
Season support
Calls, setup help, troubleshooting and practical advice are part of the system.
Related equipment
Often part of the same job.
Talk to ROC Systems
Match the heat exchanger to the rest of the system.
Tell us about the furnace, the fans, the ducting and the heat you need, and we will size it.
