Product range
Curing, drying and handling systems matched to your farm.
From green leaf to graded bale, and from wet grain to safe storage, we build the equipment that moves crop through the season. We start with the site, the crop and the bottleneck, then point you to the setup that fits.

Core system
Tobacco Curing Tunnels
Even curing, less leaf handling and efficient fuel use, proven on ROC's own crop.

High output
Continuous Flow Grain Dryers
Continuous-flow dryers for maize, wheat and soya, with setups available for crops like macadamia, paprika and onions.

Practical layout
Grading Sheds
Practical grading sheds sized around crop flow, trolley movement, daylight, vehicle access and storage.

Built tough
Augers
Tough augers for moving grain between trailers, dryers and silos, with replaceable wearing ends and a slip clutch that protects them in a jam.

Popular
Talita Clips
Reusable clips that speed up loading, space the leaf evenly, and let you see at a glance if a reaper has left a station short.

Efficient
Heat Exchangers
Dry-heat exchangers matched to the system, with no boiler to keep hot, treat or pressure-test.

Airflow
Fans
Fans selected around air volume, pressure, crop depth and the route the air has to travel.

Controlled
Misting Systems
Misting for humidity, cooling and dust control in grading and crop handling areas.

Controlled
Ethylene Generators
Ethylene generator setups for controlled colour development where the room, timing and ventilation are right.

Curing
Chongololos
Connected barns that cure as one system. Hand loaded, so more labour than a tunnel, but more control over the cure.
Common questions
Before you get in touch.
The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, just ask.
ROC supplies the working system: drawings, steelwork, heat exchangers, fans, ducting, doors, vents, ceilings, trolleys, augers and clips where required. You arrange bricks, foundations and a local building team. We check the build against the drawings during the project, but the farmer remains responsible for the builder and brickwork.
