Privacy & cookie policy.

This website is operated by ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd, an agricultural engineering company based at Lot 5 of Lot 1, Veradale, Chinhoyi, Zimbabwe. In this policy “ROC”, “we” and “us” mean ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd.

If you have any question about how we handle your information, contact us on info@rocsystemspl.com or 0777 220 942.

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: usually your name, email address, phone number, the product or system you are interested in, your farm location and size, and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to plan a farm visit or quote.

When you browse the site with analytics accepted, we collect anonymous usage data such as the pages you visit, your approximate region and the type of device you use. This is never linked to your name or contact details.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies, so it does not load until you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected.

We store your choice in your browser so the banner does not appear on every visit. To change or withdraw your choice at any time, clear this site’s data (or your cookies) in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit. Aside from remembering that choice, the site sets no marketing or advertising cookies.

We use the information you send us to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange farm visits and provide support on equipment we have supplied. We use anonymous analytics data only to see which pages and products are useful and to improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site: our hosting and form provider (Netlify), which processes contact-form submissions, and Google Analytics, which processes anonymous usage data once you have accepted. These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and to support any equipment we go on to supply, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for a limited period in line with Google Analytics’ standard settings.

You can decline analytics cookies at any time using the banner, and you can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us on the details below. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

For anything relating to this policy or your information, email info@rocsystemspl.com, call 0777 220 942, or write to us at Lot 5 of Lot 1, Veradale, Chinhoyi, Zimbabwe.
